Industrial Design for Nonwovens Industry

As part of the project, we designed an industrial grade forming table, which included the forming box, dampers, and forming air connections. We also developed 3D models of the entire system based on 2D drawings provided, ensuring that the design met the rigorous demands of the nonwovens industry for reliable and efficient performance.

Additionally, we 3D printed conveyor rollers for the forming table, as well as the forming box and various fixtures and connections for the vacuum system, providing critical components for their test lab line.
